Hi! My name is Fallon Maree Usselman. I am a 27 year old wife (of 3 years), mom (of an 8 month old boy) and step mom (of an 8 year old girl). I have always loved writing, dabbled in journaling, but thought blogging would be way more fun! Plus, I am the type of person who is generally better at getting my point across in writing rather than speaking.

I am here to mostly write about personal things I deal with and hope some people relate along the way. Life can be quite a lot at times…well all the time honestly, and it makes me feel like I am being productive if I at least get it all out in writing.

More about me…

I grew up in the small town of Thomasville, AL. I was raised by amazing parents and grew up with an older sister who sometimes acts more like a second mother figure to me, because we are 5 years apart. I love my family to pieces and could not be more thankful for each of them. I graduated from Thomasville High School with about 130 classmates. I was ready for a change after I graduated but was not quite sure what I wanted to do with my life. I got a scholarship to the good old community college in my hometown but went against my parents advice and chose to go to Southern Union Community College in Opelika, AL and reside in Auburn, AL (War Eagle). The Plan was to get my Associate degree and either transfer to Auburn University or do a technical program…but even though I did well in school, I wanted to be done with the whole school ordeal as soon as possible. I changed my mind time after time, got accepted into a few technical programs but quickly decided I did not see myself with a future in those things. Long story short I completed my Associate Degree and moved to Baldwin county to start making money until I had a better vision for my future career. We all know life has a funny way of working out and along the way I got married, started a family and here I am today. However, I have always had a job and currently I am a full time sales coordinator for a company with the luxury of working from home.

Hobbies

Moment of truth..I have always wanted a hobby and continue to say time after time I am going to start photography, tennis, pickleball, or something along those lines but I have yet to find the extra time to make this happen. My days seem to be crammed with the “must do” life things at this moment in time.

Interests

I might not have an established hobby but I do have interests. I LOVE all things skin care. I never turn down an invite to shop. I am beginning to become more involved in health/ingredients and my current obsession is turning our house into a home.. I guess this would be a good time to admit I have an unhealthy relationship with Amazon..and online shopping in general :/ Please tell me I’m not alone..

That’s enough about me for now, excited to dive into some topics and get this party started :)
